Different quote

I had a very bad experience with 1st for women, I requested a quote but when I revive debit check mandate the amount was different. I called them to enquire and I discovered that the consultants lowered my premia and excluded car hire wile telephonically it was included. Please ensure that you provide your staff with prpper training you are misleading us as customers
