Didn't do their job!
When I got my insurance the person that I spoke with said I need to have a tracker installed in my in order for me to have comprehensive insurance and they arranged everything for me. My paid First for women on a minthly basis and then they paid the tracker. My car was written off April 2014 and I assumed that everything that went with the insurance policy was cancelled but to my dismay a debit order was deducted from my bank account from the car tracking company. I was advised by First for women and the car tracking company that the contract was only cancelled in October 2014. Now I am being harrassed by the car tracking company for money owed to them because of an insurance company that didn't do their job! I feel this is an issue that needs to sorted out between First for women and the car tracking company! First for women customer care agents have advised me that it was their responsibility to cancel the contract...
