Did struggle for a week but in one day they phone me back and my claimed was finalised. Very happy that all is in place. To sit without hot water for a week is not nice. So now just waiting for the money to get my new geyser in. Then I am going to very happy. Thanks FFW. Specialy the lady that help me on the 7th of July. Many thanks to her.
