Dents and scratches claim
What first for women did to my mom is unmatched. So my mom has car insurance with them. So there's an added feature for dents and scratches, that of course comes with added costs. We first made a claim around November last year, because mom's car got hit by our gate. They did approve the claim and said the chosen panlebeater will contact us. Of which they didn't. My mom went back and forth with them around 3 weeks ago and finally got the panel beater. The gate hit it and dented the door and the back vender. But to our suprise when we got to the panelbeater, they said @firstforwomen said they should only fix the vender and not the door. Firstly their excuse was that the pictures we took for the claim weren't clear enough. After my mom fought with them they requested the panelbeater to send a quote that includes the door as well. Of which the panelbeater did that. They then approve but not even communicate With us. We had to call the panelbeater first of which they said @firstforwomen approved but they will only pay R3000 and my mom should pay R6799,29 for the entire damage. The car has already been with the panelbeater for 3 weeks. Clearly we don't need our car. @firstforwomen this is daylight *******. For such a small dent even. Now I'm wondering what would happen if we had a major accident. That time my mom pays R404.16 every month since 2020 August for dents and scratches. This is our first claim for a dent! To say I'm disgusted by @firstforwomen would be to say the least. I just need the person who processes claims for @firstforwomen to give logical reasoning as to how he/she reached a conclusion to only fix on side and not the other when the damage happened exactly the same time
