DELIBERATE DELAYS TO APPROVED THE CLAIM

This company should change their name to LAST FOR WOMEN!!! There is absolutely nothing 1st about them. Reported accident and lodged a claim on 6th Dec 2023 - got approval around 20th Dec while all panelbeaters were closed for holidays. Returned in Jan 2024 and because I didn’t want to use their panelbeaters (well within my right as a consumer), they have dragged their feet for 6weeks … no assessor sent out as they had promised by Shaun Coetzee (Claims Manager I believe) - car hire for 30days expired on 1st Feb but Shaun said I can keep it until there’s a resolution, which hasn’t been reached yet. Europcar came to my house to uplift their car because no extension was done by these selfish 1st for women people - what an embarrassment. Tomorrow I will have neither my car nor hired one. I will NEVER recommend these people to anybody. They only enjoy taking the money but do not keep their end of the bargain. I even emailed their CEO who ignored me as well. Clearly the fish rots from the head.
