Delayed response

i logged a claim on monday and i was advised that someone will get back to me withing two days.

On Thursday i called to do a follow up and was advised that i will get a callback.

Still today no one has means to contact me.

Im am unhappy with the service their are offering as all time when i have claims i need to make follow ups.
