Delayed claim process, rental car expired. No means of transportation.

I took car insurance with 1st for woman on 1stOctober 2019, everything was fine until i got into an accident on tge 4th of June 2020. My insurance had a courtesy car rental for 30 days, as i was told it is the best option to take as its enough time for a car to get fixed if i was involved in an. The day of my accident happened just as i was leaving my work environment someone drove into me, as i wasn't injured i needed to report on duty the following day. Arrangements were made by my insurance that i collect a rental car in KRAMERVILLE, baring in mind i stay in krugersdorp i didn't even know where kramerville was, i had to take an Uber to get there which charged me r500 from krugersdorp to kramerville, yet am paying my insurance every month yet they failed to organize for me to get the rental car, as i was told i would have to pay if i want the car to be delivered to me, yet am paying an insurance every month yet it failed to cater for me post my traumatic experience. A couple of days later tge 6th of June after my car was assessed i was told that it would be repaired, nd for my claim to be processed they need to receive payment for my insurance for the month of June, i made an arrangement with them on the 6th for an early debit order as my normal schedule debit order is the 15th, i was told that the debit order will go through within 24hours. That didn't happen they only debited on the 15th June meaning they have delayed the process for my claim nd car to be fixed and tge days with the car rental are moving by, a place called RANDBURG RENEW IT recieved my car on the 18th of June, as my car rental was about to expire i called RANDBURG RENEW IT to find out about the progress of my car, i was told that my insurance only send confirmation on the 23rd of June for the car to be fixed. My car rental expired on the 5th of July and unfortunately i couldn't take the car back as i had tested positive for Covid 19 and am a health care provider. I currently have to take the car back and my insurance is refusing to extend the car rental, yet its their delays that caused for me not to have my car ready by now, am told to make a car rental extension at my own pocket, yet am paying them every month, i thought that the duty of an insurance company is to take care of me wen am in need. Right now i will have to depend on public transportation to get to work which is quite a distance for me to get to it, yet am paying an insurance now, am told to pay from my own pocket. Since the care went for repairs the insurance company haven't even done a follow up with me for the progress of the car nd the company is taking its sweet time to fix my car, am currently stuck nd disappointed yet and hurt that i have an insurance policy that has failed me badly, yet am paying and have even paid even though i currently dont have a car even though. 1st for woman has really disappointed me. I would never refer it to anyone.

Dear 1st for woman, I will keep writing about my problem until you do what is right by me and get back to and get me a car for hire until my own car is fixed. Iv never been so pained having to find a way to get to work because i dont have transportation anymore because you delayed my claim and until today my car is fixed. There is nothing as painful as having to walk a distance to get transport to and from work when am paying for insurance. Whats more painful is that you deducted your monthly debit order yet i dont have possession of my own car and you are failed to extend my car hire because you delayed my claim and the company you have appointed to fix my car are not doing so, they've had my car since the 18th of June yet they are not even halfway. I have a feeling i wont be having a car for more than 3months yet 1st for woman will be deducting my money while am using public transportation that is uncomfortable yet freezing and yet our country is in a pandemic meaning am even at a greater chance of getting reinfected yet am paying for insurance that you make my life seamless . Am really hurt and emotionally disturbed. I will taking this up further for emotional distress caused by first for woman. I want 1st for woman to get me a car hire until my own car is fixed, after all its their fault my car is fixed and they've given my car to a company that is taking their time to fix it. I want compensation for my money that i used to fetch their car hire in kramerville post my accident, and that am using public transportation and Bolt to move around yet they are deducting money from me.
