Delayed Claim Process

I submitted a claim on Monday after being ****** and lost most of my things now they telling me that after submitting all the information they required they are still waiting for the police to answer their phones and confirm the case number i submitted,as if they will get hold of them coz even i dnt know who is investigating my case as they keep telling me they have a lot of dockets to go through. What pains me most is that I might lose my job since I have to absent myself until the manager gets hold of the police God knows after how many years,amongst the things I lost were my prescription contact lenses. This is really sad because the main reason I took insurance is because the police services are lame,now even the insurer is letting me down! This is not fair n not the kind of service I expected from 1st for women????????????
