Delay in ***/ 9 scratch and dent claim
I have lodged a claim at 09h00 on Monday, 1 July 2024 for my rim and tyre. I have never had to wait this long for my claim to be seen to. Makes me wonder if it is not as a result of the location where the incident took place, resulting in the damages being sustained.
