Definitely Last For Women

I’ve been insured with 1st for women for over 2 years. In May I made my first claim for a car accident I had. The car was sent off to a panel beater of their choosing. It’s been 3 months and I still haven’t had my car fixed. The insurance(a team lead on email) say they don’t know what is happening with my car. They took back the courtesy car saying I can only use it for 1 month and that it’s not their fault that my car isn’t fixed yet. I’m paying for a car that I haven’t driven or seen in 3 months. I’m paying insurance that doesn’t know what is happening with my car, the insurance increased their premiums in the mist of all of this.
