I spoke to a guy beginning of the year to cancel my policy at retention and the guy convinced me to stay which I refused. But we ended up agreeing he can call me on the 25th January 2024 to discuss or offer me something with a condition that they do not deduct as my fear was now 2 insurance will deduct… guy assured me they will not deduct. This morning I wake up and they have deduct now account… I had to call them to get my refund and they are telling me of 7/10 working days… how am I expected to pay my other bills… when it’s a mistake from their side. I want my money and am told to send my bank statement like that is a cost from my side as well because their employees… am sick of this companies doing as they pleases and we have to suffer for it… I want my money back and I want it back today so I can pay my bills… am not going to my bills late because of someone who is *********** and do as they pleases in our accounts.
