Deduction

Well, i cancelled my insurance with ffw last year August 2014. now a year later, a VAP deduction of R129 goes off my account. i am not working, UNEMPLOYED.... how do they deduct money from and unemployed person. when i cancelled they never mention this VAP and never did any amount ever go off my account since last year September 2014, till now. they say on their records it shows money went off, but nothing shows on my bank statements till this R129 went off. i called twice, they said they will get back to me, nothing. i did not want to go to this extreme to post this complaint here, but they gave me no choice. they said 3-4 working days, its more than a week. no one called to ask if i want a refund... they can explain how money went off since i CANCELLED my policy. i find this totally unacceptable and plain bad business!
