decreased excess and premium

i called first for women to cancel my car insurance since i received a better deal from another insure. the Lady assisting me was very friendly. They decreased my premium and the excess on the insurance. i'm really pleased because I've been with them for a year and i have never claimed. i'm a bit scared though because most of he reviews here are Negative hopefully they are improving their business conduct.
