Declined Claim with no valid reasons.

I lodged a claim with 1st for woman and my claim was rejected reason being the quoted amount from the panel beaters in less than my excess amount and i was advised to contact the panel beaters myself. I received a quotation of R12014.23. I called 1st for woman insurance to inform them about the quote i received from the panel beaters and I requested them to send me their quote from the same panel beaters. The quoted amount they sent to me was R6421.90, which is not the R5000 they told me about an my excess is R6100. I have repaired my car and i would like 1st for woman insurance to pay me back the money i used to pay for my car.
