Declined claim by assumptions

I have been with first for women quite a few years and never skipped a payment from the day they begged me to insure home contents with them. I do have car insurance with them as well. My TV broke we did not know what the cause until I contacted them to follow up. They declined the claim before contacting me to ask how the damage might have occurred. It has liquid in the back I did say it was rain water that might have gone in there when our roof lifted with the storm during winter. They do anything to refuse to pay out a claim. It is not the 1st time I have this problem with them. This is my 3rd claim they refused to pay and ive been with them for years. Which means is my money
