Declined claim 1st for woman

Good day I'm bs Ndhlovu I have joined a mechanical breakdown policy with 1st for woman. I was informed that they cover for several things including clashplate. Now I drove my car to the dealership because when I drive, it was cutting power when I approach the hill.

So I decided to book it at Ford so that they can call my insurance. So they diagnosed the car only to find out its clashplate. When they contacted the insurance they rejected the claim saying that the clash plate it's finished.

To my surprise the car it's drivable and gears are not locked. Only when I approach the hill it cuts power which is mechanical or electrical breakdown but still they rejected.

When I joined they say we cover for clashplate when it's dead only they never even send a contract or say that when it's finished we don't cover. Still my car it's drivable they can test drive it. I just need answers
