01/08/2018 First for women (FFW) gave me an insurance cover and On the 08/08/2018 my husband was added as a regular driver as per my request and confirmation as per their email but on contract otherwise. 16/10/2018 I asked for it to be rectified after numerous telephonic/email attempts for such. 19/10/2018, I got an email that my request is denied due to the history of my husband and yet on 08/08/2018, I had furnished my request with all their requested requirements to put my husband as a regular driver. I did disclose my husband’s history. They only tell me know. This was very deceptive and somewhat malpractice.
