DEBT ORDER BUT NO INSURANCE WITH THEM

They called me to offer a quote, once I heard the quote I accepted however I never recieved documents from them. I queried this with them but the consultant never got back to me until I complained on twitter for lack of service and said that I want nothing to do with them. Before I even signed up with them I received terrible service. The consultant called me back after 2 days of complaints, once I said that I'm rejecting the quote due to terrible service she hung up the phone! Never have I experienced such rude staff!! Its been a few weeks later and I see debt order go off my account, I call my bank and they told me its from 1st for women I was furious! How can they debt my account when I dont even have insurance with them? How are companies allowed to do this to consumers and get away with it!! ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING!! NEVER EVER USE THERE SERVICE!!!!
