Debiting Twice in one month and deducting more than agreed amount.

I am merely disappointed to continuously have to call in having one problem after another.

Firstly my premium wslas supposed to be R1237. 90 and they are deducting more that we agreed on.

My agreed upon debit order date was the 1st of each month, they went on and debited on the 28th of November, then again on the 1st of December 3 days later, both different amounts.

I called in for assistance, they said someone would get back to me, 2 days later still nothing.

I can't keep having the same problem from the start and having amounts deducted from my account on the wrong dates and without warning.
