Debited for fee that was waivered
I reinstated my policy and was told by the consultant that the admin fee will be waivered.<br> To my surprise my account was debited this morning.<br> Your consultant is a lying *****, who deceives people.<br> Please pull the call records so he can be reprimanded and please refund my money -TODAY!!!<br> I will escalate this as far as possible if its not resolved - TODAY!!!!
