Debited for cancelled policy

I would actually rate FFW zero. I have called them multiple times trying to cancel a policy with them , they say it’s canceled but they still manage to debit my account. They never send through confirmation of the cancellation. They never call back when they say they will for claims . And from their app (call back request). Their consultants claim they not part of which the cancellation department so they can’t help you with your request. The lack of service with the absurd amount I have to pay leaves a bitter taste in my mouth
