Debit orders before pay day
FFW keeps on debiting my account before pay day, I have asked them to stop doing this, leaving me with no money for the last weekend before pay day.
I am so annoyed, and for the consultant to tell me that just reverse the debit order, why did you debit my account at the first place!!!
How about you cancel insurance cover if it happens that clients don't pay premiums as per the agreement, instead of inconveniencing us? I don't remember having this problem at Miway.

As agreed, I will reverse the debit order tomorrow and FFW will be responsible for reversal fee, if there will be any.
Going forward, can we please stick to the agreement we have, I have never missed a payment because I understand the importance of insurance, don't treat me like a debtor on the run.
