Debit orders

I have checked all wording sent to me via email and only the second one meaning the recent one states a fee if R30 as a lapsed fee. And this fee is going to be deducted in the next month. Why was it deducted this month? I had enough funds in my account for my R102 debit order but you chose to take R30 instead. And that cost the correct debit order to deducted and reversed. Please tell me what is that about? I admit I was wrong but I rectified my mistake but you made your own debit first.
