Debit order without my concern and authorization
Debit order without my concern and authorization, no contract or policy I signed up with them however it close to a year 1st for Women awfully debit my bank account, send them communication without 1st for Women feedback, they only asked for my ID number once I have provided 1st for Women with my ID number to date I have been sending them follow up emails almost every second day, still no respond. My bank indicated that only the 1st for Women can stop unauthorized debit order. Im frustrated as every month I run out of funds in my account due to unauthorized debit order made by 1st for Women and Im unable to provide basic food for my kids as 1st for Women just do as they want in my account. Below is the email sent to 1st for Women (To whom it may concern
(Your institution has been debiting my bank account every month without my concern and with agreement for the amount of R652. Example of screen shot from my account. I urgently require information from your institution why is unauthorized payment still initiated against my account. I urgently need you feedback by 6 Jan 2026. If this is not attended to, i will initiated legal action against your institution. Kindly priorities this query). My bank indicated that I can only reverse debit order below R500 from my app. In this case I can't as its above R500. I receive R370 and do side hustle but at the end 1st for Women make sure I and my family starve. This situation has affected my health; my high blood pressure keeps on going up and my kids' education performance level has drops as they go to school on an empty stomach.
