Debit order nightmare!

This is the third month that my account has beef debited a day before debit day. I have called numerous times and all I'm getting is a sorry it will not happen again, three times?? I had to call them multiple times today because no one was able to assist me. No remedial action whatsoever, just a lousy sorry. Told me I would get an email to confirm that this would not happen p again (after it has already happened three times?) I'm still waiting for that email. I guess the plan is to debit before my debit order date again. I think there is a reason people have a debit order date:to ensure that there is sufficient funds in the account to fulfill the payment obligation. I am planning on looking for another insurance.
