Debit order made before agreed date

I have been a loyal client for the past 5 years but I have had it now with 1st for women. They are not here to help women at all!! Had a terrible experience with them trying to sort out a claim but thanks to the panel beaters who did a great job at akasia autohouse I spared them a bad review. Now they come back again eith a debit order before my set date! Now I am in negative and my bank will charge me honoring fees for that! Why take the money before the agreed date? And noone even informes me they would be doing that. I am so disappointed and at this point I will gladly cancel my insurance. Stay away from FFW ladies. They cause more trouble than they are reliable!
