Debit order going off on incorrect date

I had asked for my debit order to go off on the 25th, but the debit order goes off on the 24th, who's permission and this is something I had complained about before and they had stopped when it's back to square one. It is annoying and frustrating as the debit order date is set for a reason. What happened to TCF???
