Debit order

I had a very bad experience with my debit orders. Two following months my debit orders went off before my pay day and that left my bank account on a minus. What made me more angry is that I called in the first time it happened and was promised it wouldn’t happen again. The 2nd time it happened,I was waiting for money to take my child to the doctor and they automatically took my money 2 days before the agreed date of my debit order. Bad service 😭
