Daylight *******, *****ulent Assessment to rob clients

I have been with first for women atleast 10 years, the first time ever when I am in need of their help I am not getting the service I am expecting. My washing machine broke on the 27th April 2026 on a very sunny day probably partly cloudy but the assessors that was sent to assess the machine gave a report that the machine's faulty was caused by lightning. I was asked so many times if there was any power cuts or lighting and have maintained that there was no.power cuts and no lightning or rain for that matter. I asked since they say it was lightning that I dont know of ,beyond reasonable doubt can they show me how did they conclude that nothing until now,The machine retail value is R7999 the access is R2799 and I am being changed an additional amount of R2000 due to the breakage being caused by lightning, Very same lightning that I dont know of. Thid amount it is basically me buying a new machine myself .What is the point of having an insurance to assist in difficult times and find that the very same people are the once who are trying to rob you. I am truly disappointed. This not what I expected.
