****************! STAY AWAY from Value-Added Products

Value-added products are ****************!

Been paying R170 a month on top of my premium for a supposed value-added product for tyres. Not only did no one get back to me regarding where to go and sort out my tyres for almost 2 weeks, but after waiting so long, I just ended up taking the car in and paying for it. Sent all the required documents only not to hear back again.

Tried to reach someone and was constantly put on hold and after 45 minutes, was helped saying it should have been processed. This took almost a month.

The biggest shock of all is that they only refunded me R300 for my tyres, which cost me R3000. Am not sure what the hell I was paying R170 per month extra for???????

I dread to think about what happens when I am actually in an accident! Cancelled policy right away. There are way better companies out there!

Also found that people on the line give very vague answers and contradict themselves. The person on the line even admitted that when I was sold the value-added product, I was not given the facts. Is this how you guys do business?
