****** who exploit pensioners

They are ******, my mom’s car was involved in a car accident. She was paying R2700 per month because they have insured her cay at a retail price. After the accident everything changed. They don’t communicate, you must always make follow ups with them. I communicated with them privately via twitter but up until now the issue is not full resolved. They haven’t paid my mom up until now what’s due to her. It’s almost 4 month now. Their yearly increase is questionable. They are taking advantage of pensioners.
