I have made a claim with first for Woman which was approve and they took my car to Auto magic to be repaired after I have taken the car twice I was not satisfied with the outcome and I met Hugo manager which we met at automatic and repainted some scratch marks and told me the other marks are not deep they will polish them and I told him so you mean if you polish them the won’t be invisible he said yes after months when I wash my car the scratches are still visible and I contacted them Hugo is telling me that they won’t attend my scratch marks so it means they **** to my face I took out excess of 5600 for them to get my car fixed because the quotation was like 6500 they deceive to get a lower quotation not to get the job done properly my car still have the same scratches, they are not honest they are ****** .
