I think it’s the third time writing about first for women they have very poor service , first after I made claims they increased my policy price without even notifying me in time and they deducted in my account and after it declined they only paid be my bank charges but damaged my credit score but I still forgave them and move on even thou they are not professional they are ****** and I can advise people to opt for better insurance. My car was damaged at the mall had scartches and dent and I have send them all the photos and they approved the claim the first claim from automagic cost like R50000 and they send a quotation of like 9000 to me and I did query about the different charges but they told me not to worry the damages were covered, now they are painting certain parts in my car and saying the other parts they will not paint because my car it’s not new from the shop I must not tell them they car did not have scratches I told them before you take insurance the car is inspected and I send all the photos wouldn’t they see scratches in the car if I was lying they couldn’t answer me because they are ****** they don’t want to pay that’s how they are operating and why was I not advised before the claim that they will not cover certain parts so that I decide whether to carry on with the claim or not I am so angry and they are very selfish cause my car took 30 days at panelbeaters because of their selfish and I have to return the courtesy car .

What is more upsetting Hugo the repairs manager was telling me my car is old and he is driving he doesn’t have time to talk like I was disturbing him I am the customer and it’s my money we are taking about I will not be treated like that.

Most people I know Critise first for women because of their experience they are not honest at all when it come to claiming but they are quick to deduct in your account .
