I have car.building .households insurances with these ******.I claimed for fridge it was rejected.i claimed for patio roof it was rejected .I claimed for geyser it was still under warranty however it was rejected. I claimed for my house roof in different rooms it was rejected they say I do not maintain the roof it is deteriorating.i entered this ihouse in 2019 no consultant explained this to me that I must keep.on maintaining the roof and after how long .Today I received a call from Zanele Nkeko claim processor she said the whole claim has been rejected because of what the assessor said.I never received formal reports for all my rejected claims.1st for women are ****** I want all my reports for rejected within 24 hours
