Created a policy and deducted my account after I ONLY wanted a quotation! **********!

This people are a bunch of *****s. I wanted a quotation ONLY. Next thing I receive a policy number. Asked for a call back on their website with no response. Called them myself eventually. I cancelled the so called policy that I didn't even want. The assured me it's cancelled and now they deducted from my bank account. This is unacceptable! I want to be reimburse!
