Crazy premium increase

Holding the line for 15min with no answer to query the ridiculous premium increase of R405 and an excess increase to R5100. I have been claim free for the whole duration I have had insurance with 1st for Women but this is crazy. It is quarter increase of what my current premium is and to have a higher excess on top of it does not warrant for “ while your insured items may be worth less than last year, the cost of repairing or replacing them isn’t”
