After I put in a complaint on 14 March. CRYSTAL VOLLENHOVEN tried to phone me which I informed her that I was out of the country and asked her to give me a call on Friday 18 March. Today it's 24 March and I've emailed numerous times and again no feedback. Pathetic call centre service. I will rather go back to outsurance , atleast they phone their customers back
