Courtesy Car rental and Repairs taking long.

<p>I was involved in an accident on the 1st of April 2019 and subsequently got a courtesy car on the 2nd of April. My claim was on authorized for approval on the 26 of April if not 25th (I stand corrected). The panel beater contacted me on the 26th of April to inform me that they would be fetching my vehicle from where it had been. Till today they are 13 working days they are still awaiting parts. My courtesy car ended on the 2nd of April and I had to pay an additional amount of R5600 to take out additional days till the 25th of May. The 25th of May is around the corner and I don&rsquo;t even know when my car will be repaired so I will have to pay additional money for a number of days I don&rsquo;t even know coz the panel beater could not give an estimate. Though I appreciate that I would be refunded an amount equal to 7 days, it will now not make a difference because I have to take money out of my pocket again for the courtesy car. Having insurance is supposed to take the ease off but it is just killing my pocket ????????&zwj;♀️</p>
