Continued debit order even after policy cancelation

Good day,

My sisters policy was canceled 2 months back but you guys are still debiting my account, I called about a months ago and I was told everything was canceled but it hasn't been canceled. This is not legal, can you please take my account off your records as I will open a case since we parted ways and none of the contractual agreements are still binding including the debit order mandates.
