*********** consultants who don't even know their own products!
Service center is so useless, spent almost 2 hours calling trying to log a for Tax Assistance and no one had any "idea" what I wanted LOL!
Finally someone called me back an hour later and took details of my claim and said someone from the company they work with will pick up my claim, this was on the 25th of Feb. Today it is the 4th March and guess what? No response or whatsoever!
I call them and again all consultants drop of once they hear "Tax assistance". They put me through to legal!
I am definitely cancelling the damn thing, cannot be paying for nonsense.
