Consultant lying to me

I asked for a goods and transit insurance and the benefits that were mentioned to me over the phone were not the same as what was in the contract. I then asked for the recording i had with the consultant and i was told that i will receive it within 10 days and now its been over 10 days and still i do not have the recording.
