Confirmation Message *Business Name:* 1st for Women *Review:* I have 58 inch hisense tv,which I bought 4 years ago for R7000. It got faulty late in March ,while we were watching. I submitted a claim to First for Women. On finalizing the claim,I was sent an email telling me the claim amount is R8999, with an excess of R3750, meaning I am to buy a tv for R5249. That time, I am currently paying R726 for the insurance. I felt ******, and right now, I am just so frustrated. I have asked the person doing the claim to explain to me how they got to R3750 for excess. Until now, I am still waiting for a response. I have not received any communication after that.
