I have not had great experiences with previous insurance companies, but when joining with FFW this year the joining process was welcoming and the person explaining the in's and outs to me was patient and clear.<br> <br> I sadly had to submit a claim within my first 6 months of being a client. Dayalan assisted me and he was so comforting and reassuring that everything was going to be OK and that they will deal with the lady whose car needs to be repaired. I needn't worry. I was told I can track the progress of my claim online. <br> <br> Their staff all come across as patient, caring and willing to go the extra mile.<br> <br> Well Done FFW - You have a customer for life!
