Compliment

Today I was involved in an accident on my birthday. I requested a call and I was sent an angel from 1st for women. Mr Kyle May was not only professional but he also wished me a happy birthday. I said to him well it not a happy one his response “well miss Mokoena I’m very sorry for what happened today but we are glad that a life was not lost, cars and other materialistic things can be replaced but we can not put value to your life” I cried whilst he was busy registering my claim. If customer service was a person Mr Kyle would fit the shoe. When he was done he said” miss Mokoena your claim is pre-approved so you see there’s a birthday present for you”. I hope he gets to read this so he can continue being a sunshine in our dull days. I’m so glad I was assisted by him.
