COMPLIANT AGAINST FIRST FOR WOMAN.

This is not my first review here about first for woman. I am so deeply disappointed in their services. My first complaint was on how they had refused to pay a claim. It has been a month now and nothing has happened, instead, now they are simply not responding to emails sent by the service provider. To give you background to this story- my mother the insurance owner had an accident, when she sent through her claim to the insurance that declined the claim on teh basis that she had not updated her details. We wrote a complaint here on Hello Peter and 4 days after they sent a service provider to come and pick up the car. Now that the car is with the service provider, the insurance refuses to pay for the damages, claiming that one of the damages on the car are not related to the accident. Which is completely absurd. The car was serviced on the 29 February and no mechanical issues were reported in the service report. The accident happened in April, 2 days after the accident the car simply would not start. The inconvenience caused by first for women is beyond measure. I have been without a car for 6 weeks now. I have a granddaughter i take to school. I know have to arrange transport for her every single morning at a cost. I will never recommend this insurance to anyone, the service is appalling, unfair and heartbreaking. I cannot begin to understand, why my car is sitting with a service provider they recommended and not a single thing has been done on it.....NO WORK HAS BEEN DONE ON THE CAR
