<p>Your company claims to be “First for women”, insuring that we women will not get **********. This is most certainly not true.</p> <p>I took out your insurance with wonderful guarantees that I would save money and that you will provide the best service and best prices.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday, I submitted a claim, for my bumper that was pulled off by a tow bar. </p> <p>Upon being very upset about my unfortunate incident I took comfort in the fact that I could turn to you to resolve this matter.</p> <p>Since I pay a high monthly premium, I assumed this would be a major benefit to me in the event of an accident, however, I was hugely disappointed by your response yesterday, that this will not be case.</p> <p>The claims department informed me that my excess is going to cost me R8800. DID I HEAR THAT CORRECTLY?</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly, my car is a CHEVEROLET AVEO 2012 model, not a Mercedes Benz 2016 model.</p> <p>Secondly, it could not be more obvious of your efforts to ******* a 21 year old women that does not know anything about insurance and what things should cost, which is the opposite of the service of what the name of your company portrays.</p> <p> </p> <p>I regret taking insurance with First For Women. I have paid such an expensive installment for nearly 3 years and this is what I get? I am so unbelievably disappointed and now without a car. Nobody can afford such insane excess.</p>
