Complete lack of Integrity, pathetic service, and we trust them to insure us - yeah right!!!!
After being a client for nearly five years this is how they are treating us: First they try and push thru an annual increase of around 27%,.Beware of this little **** because this is the second time they have tried it with us! Secondly we told them in writing on 31 August that this was not acceptable and that we were giving them a months notice. It took them nearly two weeks to respond to this email, and they didnt even write to the policy holder herself! We then rep**** to this email and told them AGAIN that we have terminated their services and we did not accept their second offer either. We also told them NOT to debit our account. And then today, 1 October, they debited our account with the normal fee PLUS the nearly 27% increase (that we informed them in writing we did not accept over a month ago)!! Never mind the c**p service........what about integrity??? And their clients trust them with their assets!!!! DONT TOUCH THIS BUNCH!!!!
We would like to apologise for the service you have received.
Our team will be in contact with you to discuss your concerns.

It took us nearly 40 mins on the phone this morning (at our expense) to try and get the agent, Koketso, to agree to arrange a refund of the *******ly deducted premium, and then he wanted us to follow-up in three days time to ensure that it was done!!!!!! So unprofessional indeed!!
And another really scary part of this conversation was how he managed not only to find a way to suddenly remove the 27% increase, but he somehow found a way to reduce the premium to below what it was before the increase!! So obviously when FFW realise the their clients are serious about giving them the boot, they institute drastic measures to try and retain them, even though they had effectively ignored our one months written notice, and TWO refusals to accept their proposed annual increase!!!!
Oh and the b...........t story that ".....we don't accept written notifications of termination of contracts......" is nothing more that a very ********* way to force their sales pitch/"retention pitch" on a client!!! They cant force an outgoing client to listen to their desperate measures to try and retain them via email, so they resort to underhanded methods instead!!!
Let others be warned!!!!!!

But the refund was NOT for the full amount that was deducted?? Why is this? And when can we expect to receive the outstanding balance please?
Oh and please don't tell us it was "admin fees" or "bank charges"!!! Those are not for our account!!!
What happened to that manager that was going to get involved, or was/is he/she as pathetic as the rest???
