Complaint Policy Claim

Certainly, Ntombi. Here's your updated complaint review with your name, a reference to yesterday's date, and emphasis on poor handling and lack of empathy:

---

Complaint Review: Ongoing Poor Handling and Lack of Empathy – First for Women Insurance Date: 3 June 2025

My name is Ntombi Mbadlanyana, and I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the way my warranty claim has been handled by First for Women Insurance.

Despite following all procedures and submitting the necessary documents, the entire claims process has been poorly managed from the start. I lodged my claim some time ago and, as of yesterday (3 June 2025), I am still having to chase updates with constant follow-ups. I’ve made multiple calls, and every interaction has left me more frustrated, as I am either given generic responses or transferred around with no accountability or progress.

What has been most disappointing is the clear lack of empathy shown by your team. At no point did I feel that my concerns were taken seriously or that my inconvenience mattered. For a company that markets itself as supportive and service-oriented, this experience has been the complete opposite.

I urge First for Women to take this matter seriously, resolve my claim urgently, and review how warranty claims are managed. No customer should be left to feel ignored or unimportant, especially after placing their trust in your services.

Sincerely, Ntombi Mbadlanyana
