I pend down my frystrations, an got a speedy reply that will looj into the matter. Because of me having a recorder on my phone they could listen to it. After they reviewed it they said my premium will stay the same as the lower premium, and not go up because someone made a mistake. I am so happy with the outcome and how it was handled so quickly. Big thumbs 👆 to FFW management who sorted it out on my case having its own merit.
