Complaint - First for Women
My vehicle was ****** and when First For Women (FFW) settled my claim, they did so LESS the Excess and THEFT Excess (2 excesses app****). The vehicle has subsequently been recovered and identified by myself. It is in excellent condition and low mileage. I therefore requested that FFW refund me the THEFT excess which they have refused to do. I feel this is ethically incorrect as they are now benefiting from my loss.
